Yes, if the bottle is unopened and in its original packaging. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Record one continuous video while opening the package, starting with the sealed outer parcel and showing the bottle and damage clearly. An unboxing video is mandatory for a broken or damaged bottle claim.
